Refills Online - Visit www.caremark.com and log in to the Online Pharmacy.

Once registered, be ready to provide:

• Your ID number (listed on your Caremark ID Card),
• Date of birth of the family member requesting the refill, and
• Your credit card information.

Select the prescription you wish to refill and you’re done. Your refill will arrive in your mailbox within 14 working days.

Refills by Phone - Follow the same 1 – 2 – 3 steps above, but call 1-800-421-5501 for Caremark’s fully automated phone refill service.

Prescription refills have never been easier.

Your can still refill through the mail by completing the Mail Order form, attaching the appropriated refill label to the form, along with your copay in check, money order or credit card information.
